INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS FEES
While all care is taken on Zuii's part to ensure that we can get your package to you without any problems, some countries may incur a customs fee upon delivery of purchased products. This is entirely in the hands of the customs officials in your country, so please consider looking into this prior to ordering.
Here at Zuii Organic, we take pride in the products we ship out to our customers. We kindly ask that you choose your products carefully, as we do not give refunds in the event that you change your mind or select an incorrect product.
In addition, we cannot offer any refunds in the case of an allergic reaction to a Zuii Organic product. If you have any concerns about a formula or ingredient listed that you feel may cause irritation to your skin, we strongly recommend buying a sample size first and patch testing on your skin and/or checking with your health care professional. We are not liable for any allergic reaction or skin irritation.
Only products purchased online from www.zuiiorganic.com will be accepted for return - if in acceptable condition. If you have purchased your Zuii Organic product from one of our stockists, retailers or an alternate online store, please contact them directly as they will have their own returns policy.
Kindly note at this time, Zuii Organic will not be accepting any returns or exchanges into our facility due to the Covid-19 outbreak. We are working extremely hard to ensure our facility and products are safe, as well as keeping our staff healthy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
PROFESSIONAL COLOUR MATCHING:
Zuii Organic want to help make choosing the right product as simple as possible - taking the hassle out of shopping. Feel free to send us a COLOUR MATCH request and we will have one of our wonderful Zuii Organic colour technicians get in touch with you. Alternatively, we suggest ordering some samples from our online store so that you can be 100% certain in your colour choice, before you go ahead and order your full size Zuii Organic product. Our sample sizes and sachets contain just enough product to test the chosen shade and wear of the formula - they are not designed for regular, daily use.
PROMOTIONS AND SALES:
In the event of one of our Zuii Organic promotions, sales or flash sales, we will not be able to offer cash refunds on orders in which a discount code was not successfully applied. We will also not provide and/or add a discount code to orders that have been made outside of the time period of a Zuii Organic sale. In these events, all discount codes are to be applied on the CUSTOMER INFORMATION page during checkout - in the box labelled GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE. This box is shown under your selected products. We will always aim to keep our Zuii Family happy, so in select circumstances where codes were not applied properly, we may be able to offer store credits for you future Zuii Organic orders. The determination of whether a store credit will be provided will be decided by Zuii Organic.
